Order
The order’s wholesale total is set aside. If the wallet can’t cover it, the order is refused and nothing changes.
Pay for what arrives
Each item is charged as it is delivered, and anything that could not be delivered goes back to the wallet.
Money questions
The short answers.
- No. The sandbox is free for as long as you build, and live you pay only the wholesale price of each order.
- Whatever your price list says. You set a markup or fixed prices, and every sale records both your price and the wholesale price, so you see the margin on each one.
- Never. Your customers pay you, on your own terms. We charge only your wallet, at wholesale.
- A failed order costs nothing, and a partly filled one costs only the part that was filled. Refunds, such as a cancelled number, show in the wallet’s history.
- No. The sandbox uses test prices and test funds; quote your customers from the live side.
- When your volume is large enough to agree lower wholesale prices under a signed agreement. Write to sales and tell us what you sell.
